How This All Started

This idea was born from my own rock bottom.

A time when everything felt like it was falling apart—my mental health, my confidence, my direction. What followed was a slow, imperfect journey through depression, anxiety, and rebuilding my life from the ground up.

Rock Bottom Rising was created from that experience.

It’s more than a brand—it’s a space centered around mental health awareness, resilience, self-improvement, and honest conversations about what it really means to start over. Through apparel, content, and community, the goal is simple: to remind you that even at your lowest point, your story isn’t over.

If you’re navigating your own rock bottom, you’re not alone. This is for you.

Thank you for being here. Not just here on this site—but here, in general.

Community, Connection & Support

When you join Rock Bottom Rising, you’re stepping into a real-life mental health community built for honest conversations, genuine connection, and support through the ups and downs of life. This is a place to share your story, feel heard, and connect with people who understand that life can get messy. No polished personas, no pretending—just real people reminding each other that none of us has to carry it all alone.

Why We Exist

Rock Bottom Rising was built from real life—the messy middle, the hard days, and the tiny wins that keep you going. Our apparel is relatable, feel-good, and a little chaotic on purpose, blending humor and honesty as a reminder that you’re still here, and that matters.

A Mental Health Community for Life Beyond Rock Bottom
